What is Buildora IQ?
Buildora IQ is a pre-construction intelligence platform. You enter an address or APN, and it returns the development picture a team would otherwise assemble by hand across a county GIS portal, a zoning PDF, a cost spreadsheet and a comps search.
Reports are preliminary planning intelligence. They are built for early decisions — whether to buy, what to build, what it costs — not for bidding or permit submittal.
What you get from one address
Available parcel and assessor data, preliminary zoning and site considerations, development scenarios, regional construction cost estimates, comparable-property insights, risk flags and a Build Readiness Score from 0 to 100. Concept plans, floor plans and property renders can be generated for the scenario you choose, and over 60 document templates turn the analysis into proposals, cost estimates and client-ready packages.
Who uses it
Builders and general contractors validating a lot before writing an offer, investors screening deals, homeowners weighing an ADU or renovation, and agents preparing property intelligence for a listing or buyer.
What it does not do
