Buildora IQ was built by someone who had run the manual version of this work: chasing parcel records, zoning PDFs, cost spreadsheets and comps to answer one question about one property.
Why the platform exists
Early development decisions are made with the least information and carry the most risk. The goal was to compress the first two days of that research into a couple of minutes without pretending the output is a substitute for licensed professional work.
How we build
Real county records where they are available, plainly labeled estimates where they are not, and explicit verification prompts instead of confident guesses. Feedback from builders, investors and homeowners drives what gets added next.
