Deal Finder scans parcels in a ZIP and scores each one across development signals — lot size, underbuilt ratio, ownership length, zoning, slope and more — then ranks them as excellent, moderate or low opportunity.
How the scoring works
Each signal is evaluated from available records and weighted into a single opportunity score, so a large lot with an old, undersized structure and permissive zoning rises above a similar-priced parcel with none of those conditions.
From list to analysis
Any result can be opened as a full property intelligence report, so screening and diligence happen in the same place. Searches that return no matching parcels are not counted against your usage.
Data limits
Signals depend on the records available for a market. Coverage and record freshness vary by county, and results are a screening tool rather than a guarantee that a property is for sale or developable.
